Shipping Policy

When will I recieve my shipment?

During the months of September-December

Unless specified in the description, orders placed before 5pm on busineses days will be processed the same day. 

Orders placed on the weekend may begin being processed the same day but will not ship out until the following business day.

From January-August

Items will take one to 1-5 days to be processed.

Does Christmas Light Contractors Ship Internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the United States.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping rates are based on the products purchased, factors including weight and number of items purchased.

Can I Pick up my Order?

Our products are fullfilled from more than one location. We do our best to keep both locations stocked, and will try local pick up requests. If you have any further questions, feel free to message us. 

Refunds on Items Sent to Wrong Address 

We ship orders to the address provided by the customer. If the customer provides a wrong address and is not able to receive their product because of this, Christmas Light Contractors will not be held responsible for the missing packages. There will be no refunds issued and no new packages shipped out.
