Spencer’s Eco Roof Wash

Your roof can look like new again. Spencer’s Eco Roof Wash utilizes sodium percarbonate, which releases hydrogen peroxide when mixed with water to help clean roofs, siding, concrete, and more.
Yield
6 lbs makes up to 24 gallons of cleaning solution.
Mix Ratio
1/2 cup per gallon of water + 1 oz surfactant per gallon.
Coverage
Approximately 250 sq ft per gallon, or up to 4,000 sq ft per 6 lb unit.
Directions
Mix 1/2 cup per gallon, stir 10–15 minutes until dissolved, add surfactant, and apply with a pump sprayer. Lightly pre-wet the surface before application. Rinsing is typically not required.
For Heavy Moss
Remove excess moss and debris before application for best results.

Avoid contact with glass, copper, aluminum, plants, and other surfaces you do not want affected.
Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Do not ingest. Avoid inhaling dust. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do not store mixed solution in a sealed container, as pressure may build.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep packaging closed when not in use. Dispose of unused product and packaging according to local regulations.
